1st Verse
मनोबुद्ध्यहङ्कार चित्तानि नाहं
न च श्रोत्रजिह्वे न च घ्राणनेत्रे |
न च व्योमभूमिर् न तेजो न वायुः
चिदानन्द रूपः शिवोऽहम् शिवोऽहम् || १ ||
🔹 Meaning:
I am not the mind, intellect, ego, or memory.
I am not the ears, tongue, nose, or eyes.
I am not space, earth, fire, or air.
I am the eternal consciousness and bliss (Chidananda Rupa),
I am Shiva, I am Shiva.
2nd Verse
न च प्राणसंज्ञो न वै पञ्चवायुः
न वा सप्तधातुः न वा पञ्चकोशः |
न वाक्पाणिपादौ न चोपस्थपायु:
चिदानन्द रूपः शिवोऽहम् शिवोऽहम् || २ ||
🔹 Meaning:
I am not breath, nor the five types of vital air (Prana).
I am not the seven bodily elements or the five sheaths (Koshas).
I am not speech, hands, feet, nor organs of procreation and excretion.
I am pure consciousness and bliss,
I am Shiva, I am Shiva.
3rd Verse
न मे द्वेषरागौ न मे लोभमोहौ
मदो नैव मे नैव मात्सर्यभावः |
न धर्मो न चार्थो न कामो न मोक्षः
चिदानन्द रूपः शिवोऽहम् शिवोऽहम् || ३ ||

I have no hatred, no attachment.
I have no greed, no delusion.
I have no pride, no jealousy.
I have neither dharma (duty), artha (wealth), kama (desire), nor moksha (liberation).
I am pure consciousness and bliss,
I am Shiva, I am Shiva.
4th Verse
न पुण्यं न पापं न सौख्यं न दुःखं
न मन्त्रो न तीर्थं न वेदा न यज्ञाः |
अहं भोजनं नैव भोज्यं न भोक्ता
चिदानन्द रूपः शिवोऽहम् शिवोऽहम् || ४ ||
🔹 Meaning:
I am neither virtue nor sin, neither joy nor sorrow.
I am neither mantra nor sacred places, neither scriptures nor rituals.
I am neither the act of eating, the food itself, nor the one who consumes it.
I am pure consciousness and bliss,
I am Shiva, I am Shiva.
5th Verse
न मे मृत्युशंका न मे जातिभेदः
पिता नैव मे नैव माता न जन्म |
न बन्धुर्न मित्रं गुरुर्नैव शिष्यः
चिदानन्द रूपः शिवोऽहम् शिवोऽहम् || ५ ||

I have no fear of death, no distinction of caste.
I have no father, no mother, no birth.
I have no relatives, no friends, no teacher, no disciple.
I am pure consciousness and bliss,
I am Shiva, I am Shiva.
6th Verse
अहं निर्विकल्पो निराकार रूपः
विभुत्वाच्च सर्वत्र सर्वेन्द्रियाणाम् |
न चासङतं नैव मुक्तिर्न मेयः
चिदानन्द रूपः शिवोऽहम् शिवोऽहम् || ६ ||

I am beyond thought and form.
I pervade everywhere and in all senses.
I am neither detachment nor liberation, nor anything that can be known.
I am pure consciousness and bliss,
